HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
$12 for all orders in the continental U.S.
Free shipping on U.S. orders over $350.
All other shipping will be calculated at checkout based on UPS/DHL rates.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Please allow 1 business day for order processing and shipment, and an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.
WHEN ARE PARTICULAR ITEMS RELEASED?
Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the Xhostile newsletter. You will receive email notifications each time we release a new product.
DO YOU GUYS RESTOCK YOUR INVENTORY?
On occasion, we will restock some of our items. Please check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you visit the site.
CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, a gift card code will be issued via email along with instructions. This code can be used towards the purchase of any available items.

DECLINED CREDIT CARD?
We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days.
I PURCHASED AN XHOSTILE PRODUCT FROM ANOTHER RETAILER. HOW DO I HANDLE RETURNS?
Unfortunately, we can only accept returns or address customer issues for purchases made through Xhostile.com.
