RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges initiated within 7 business days of receiving your package will be honored. All items sent back must be BRAND NEW as you received it- unworn and in resalable condition with no noticeable odors.
Exchanges are treated as returns, and you will need to repurchase the correct item/size. Please contact support with the tracking number to support your claim of sending it to us. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Refunds will be for the cost of the item(s) returned and does not include shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your returned item(s) if it meets the criteria stated above. Please note that it takes 3-5 business days after the refund is processed for the credit to appear on your statement.
